I heard something in Mike's press conference today I didn't know.  Arkansas has not won at Florida since 1995.  Time to break the streak.

It is our longest SEC losing streak by far.  Its the only place in the SEC where Mike has not won.
No cause, ever, in the history of all mankind, has produced more cold-blooded tyrants, more slaughtered innocents, and more orphans than socialism with power. It surpassed, exponentially, all other systems of production in turning out the dead. The bodies are all around us. And here is the problem: No one talks about them. No one honors them. No one does penance for them. No one has committed suicide for having been an apologist for those who did this to them. No one pays for them. No one is hunted down to account for them. It is exactly what Solzhenitsyn foresaw in The Gulag Archipelago: "No, no one would have to answer. No one would be looked into." Until that happens, there is no "after socialism."

Looks like the line should have been higher

To many unknowns to bet this game with good sense.  At -9.5  Fla, I would give the points and take Fla if I had to bet the game.  What is the over/under on this game?  There might be a bet there but the line is not a bet in my opinion.

SEC refs, FLA at home, we have won 5 in a row and also 5 ATS, we are due to falter, Fla has as much to gain as we do by winning in my opinion, lots of reasons to lay off this game.

Only thing possible in our favor is if the SEC believes should we win that might put another SEC team in the tourney.  FLA is there for sure, pitching us a bone might help the SEC at tourney time.  Really doubt the refs could play this game straight or maybe lean toward us to assure us the tourney placement but stranger things have happened.

Had not been watching the time, hell, game has been on for 30 minutes.  I'm a dummy.

We're already in the field.  There's nothing  to be gained for the league, in terms of getting another team.

Where are you guys that bet the farm last night going to be living now that you lost it? Hope you at least got to keep your tractor!

After being stunned early we came back to within six to give us a chance towards the end. Late Florida 3's, and a momentum killing call broke our backs.

the blown call against Kingsley was huge but the refs knew it. They gave us about 3 calls in the next 3-4 minutes. I'd rather them get it right using today's technology than go old school and just make it up.

I vowed to never question Vegas again after the Auburn debacle in football.  Doubt an 11.5 line on the road at a top 16 seed at your own peril.

This outcome wasn't too surprising considering nearly 90% of the public money was on the Hogs. Majority of the time when you see a thread like this on Hogville it's the kiss of death.

Knee jerk reactions cloud people's ability to think rationally when it comes to betting lines.
Thanks for the F Shack.

The sad thing was that, even with the technology, they got it wrong.

Generally your best bet is to check the pulse of hogville about a line then bet the opposite.
Sometimes wrong, but never in doubt
