Mark it down:  HdN will be the coach at Colorado U. next football season.

Reason 1.  He was over heard saying he would only be at OM until he could get them to win a few games and get a better job.

Reason 2.  Colorado just isn't producing.

Reason 3.  It is the Big 12 North.  A very very weak arm of a BCS conference.

Reason 4.  At least some of the coaches wives are not happy with Oxford.

I'm calling it.  Mark it down.  HdN will be a Buffalo.

That could be scarry even ole NUTT could bowl every year in the Little 12 North.  And He would do to Texass on Col State in that Rival game.
If the South should lose, it means that the history of the heroic struggle will be written by the enemy, that our youth will be trained by Northern school teachers, will be impressed by all of the influences of history and education to regard our gallant dead as traitors and our maimed veterans as fit subjects for derision.

I would be happy if he jumped to the Big 12 and Colorado. I could care less about them or the Big 12 and we don't play them every year and I have to hear about him all the time. Plus, the Rebel fans would probably hate him as much as we do if he jumps now so we could at least have a point of agreement again.

Nope.

We want him to stay put, right there in Oxford.

Makes beating 'em annually a sure thing.

Makes beating 'em annually...more fun.

NNNOOOOOOOOO!!!  Please let him stay in Oxford where he is needed and loved.  I don't want Old Mrs. to get that coach from Cincinnati or the one from Boise State or the one from TCU.  Nutt can deliver a consistent 7 wins at Old Mrs.  Hog fans would probably chip in for Mississippi to raise his salary.  Quick...get to those boosters.  Let's get this thing headed off before it gets any legs.

Ugly Uncle

We (I) do want him to stay right where we can abuse his Ole Miss team.  But he will not be there this time next year.  He will be running with the Buffalo next year and I'm not just talking about Tereasa and Dianna.

Beating them annually has never really been a problem. I would like to see Nutty go to another team that he needs to "rebuild" and just fall on his face as we know how good at "rebuilding" he is. :D

Who ever the recruiting coordinator is at SC or Florida is a more likely candidate...

I'll make a prediction: If BCG were to get the Tennessee job, Calipari will be fired from UK within 2 years because from the 2013-2014 season on, Tennessee will own the SEC East until BCG moves on or retires.

Yep if Hootie leaves I have no reason to dislike Ole Miss other than gameday

I'm going to hate them with or without Nutt. Even more so in the winter, as the hate keeps me warm at nights.

Unless they lose 8 or more games, I just don't see the Dan Hawkins era ending before the beginning of next season.  Colorado's administration said they were signing on for a long term rebuilding project when they hired Hawkins.
No cause, ever, in the history of all mankind, has produced more cold-blooded tyrants, more slaughtered innocents, and more orphans than socialism with power. It surpassed, exponentially, all other systems of production in turning out the dead. The bodies are all around us. And here is the problem: No one talks about them. No one honors them. No one does penance for them. No one has committed suicide for having been an apologist for those who did this to them. No one pays for them. No one is hunted down to account for them. It is exactly what Solzhenitsyn foresaw in The Gulag Archipelago: "No, no one would have to answer. No one would be looked into." Until that happens, there is no "after socialism."

Maybe they've changed their mind and decided to de-emphasize football.

This is a program that is simply relieved to get out from under the allegations of rape, recruiting violations, and possible solicitation of prostitution for recruits.     Just getting the program 'clean' has given Hawkins some job security.

Colorado is de-emphasizing football. They are trying to bring emphasis back to the marjiuana cigarette.

I just don't see him being a fit their.  His Foghorn Leghorn accent and gimmick won't fly out west.  I do think that the defeat by CSU has planted Hawkins firmly on the hot seat.  He keeps his job with 7 wins, loses it with 8 losses and everything in between is a grey area.  They just seemed to be stalled in mediocrity with him there.

Now I could see Nutt at a TAMU if say Sherman fails to get it going, but their first choice and likely next HC is TT.
Little known fact, but prior to settling on Guantanamo, the Pentagon wanted to house terror suspects at War Memorial Stadium.  It was deemed to be cruel and unusual punishment and in violation of the Geneva Convention.

Get rid of one boise state coach for another. hope cu doesn't talke to boise state or get on hogville. better yet, hope they do. I want him to stay right there at old piss. Ever see the movie Hot Rod. That is me and dale. I want to keep him right there at old piss so I can beat his arse.

Wow. And I thought Ole Miss fans reacted poorly when Tubs left Oxford. No matter how hard Arkansas fans try, all these posts prove they can't seem to get over Houston.  But remember Arkansas did fire him ....... right?

If Nutt leaves Oxford at the end of the year Ole Miss will have finished 2-0 against the Razorbacks. With all references to Old Piss, Old Myth, Ole Sis, etc are you ten and under or just not very original.

Hey man, don't take it personally.  I thank God for Mississippi every day.
