That list is a joke...Dyer only 4*...Dillon Baxter who is a top 3 player in Cali and the best Rb/Wr at USC's rising stars camp this yr as a jr only a 4*...

There are Three 4* WR's who has ARkansas on their list.  All from out of state.

They have yet to give out all the 5 STAR ratings.  (Only 10 thus far) Notice after the initial 5 STAR recruits every position their-after is listed in ALPHABETICAL ORDER.

Rivals is the only site that should be veiwed.  Scout has Sheldon R at around 270 range.  It makes you wonder how rivals thinks he is # 5 and scout thinks he is bottom level.
