Mike Anderson and the Missouri Tigers

just got back from Columbia, where I got to talk with Mike Anderson for about 15 minutes. Got to see Mike, Jr. and the rest of the Tigers, he's running them hard in practice. but he's waiting for next year when he has 6 of his own recuits comming in. (he had 1 this year)

ought to be a hoot when the Tigers come to Fay in December

How good are they expected to be this year?  I know that he doesn't have many of his own recruits, but is he going to put together a tournament team this year?

i really don't know, they looked good in practice, but Mike said it's a "wait and see" for them, with the weak Big Eight, they will probably do pretty good

They are a lot like us just with less to work with.  They lost one senior last year but had some transfers hurt them, at first thought I didn't think they lost anyone to graduation but they did.  CollegeHoopsNet has them at #32 preseason, so not making the tournament will be upsetting for them.
