Think again MTSU 41 LV 51 a whole quarter left to go

I'll hold out hope when they stop Louisville from marching up and down the field once.

The sh!tty part is if Louisville wins all that will be remembered is Brohms gaudy numbers, not the fact that he is putting them up against mid major competition ala Colt Brennan.
Little known fact, but prior to settling on Guantanamo, the Pentagon wanted to house terror suspects at War Memorial Stadium.  It was deemed to be cruel and unusual punishment and in violation of the Geneva Convention.

No cause, ever, in the history of all mankind, has produced more cold-blooded tyrants, more slaughtered innocents, and more orphans than socialism with power. It surpassed, exponentially, all other systems of production in turning out the dead. The bodies are all around us. And here is the problem: No one talks about them. No one honors them. No one does penance for them. No one has committed suicide for having been an apologist for those who did this to them. No one pays for them. No one is hunted down to account for them. It is exactly what Solzhenitsyn foresaw in The Gulag Archipelago: "No, no one would have to answer. No one would be looked into." Until that happens, there is no "after socialism."

I think here real soon Louisville will be wishing they were still in the C-USA.
WVU game will be interesting
Arkansas convert.  From Gator and Gamecock to hogwild.

First team to burn out the scoreboard?

Did you guys hear that these guys are on the way to the all time most offense in a game.

Pigzwillfly

I'm scared to say Lville WVU could be 60+ both ways?

The game that had the most offense was SJSU and Nevada in 2001.  The score was 64-45.
Idaho and MTSU had the highest scoring regulation game ever, I think.  More MTSU record.
It was also in 2001.  MTSU won 70-58.

Dwight_K_Shrute

Whatever happens I'm impressed with MTSU.  They are not going to give up and playing hard on the road.  Sunbelt might be the new WAC.  I bet Troy St. and MTSU will be a heck of a shootout as well.

I think Troy, MTSU, and FAU finish in the top 3 of the Sun Belt.

Given the performance v. Texass, I wouldn't eliminate ASU.    The Sun Belt may be the small conference that's entertaining this year.

Cincy might push Louisville and the big dogs in the Big East.
They are tearing into Oregon State at home.  Holding Yvenson Bernard to 30 yards thus far.

riccoar

Over 1,200 yards total offense by both.  Louisville better shore up their D.

I've certainly been impressed;  this game isn't even as close as the 34-3 score indicates-- it could easily be 48-3 or worse.

Kentucky and Louisville may combine for 200 points and 2000 yards if the Cardinals' defense stays this porous.

I wouldn't mind seeing Andre Woodson and company come to Fayetteville suffering from a case of exhaustion :)

Cincy could easily start 5-0.  Winning against their rival (Miami Univ.) on the road will be tough.
Starting 5-0 with a road game at Rutgers then Louiville at home.  Anything can happen at that point.

louisville is gonna win this one but they have noooo  defense.  and they are #8  HUUUUh??

Very possible.
But, I am not sold on Kentucky yet.  That game will be a gauge for them,
They can stomp a D1AA/FCS team and Kent.  I want to see them face The Ville and Arkansas.

Did you catch them obliterating Clemson in a bowl last year?

They're not a fluke; they may contend for the East, with a break or two.

1284 yards and 100 points.  Ouch.
L'ville was 9/15 on 3rd down.  60 percent is pretty good.

riccoar

So, I guess more people fear Kentucky based on our shaky pass D?

I don't think they get the bounces this year.  They were actually outgained and outscord in conference play last year.

They swap Ole Miss for Arkansas.  I think Vandy is this year's Kentucky.
Kentucky might sneak in a bowl at 6-6, but I don't buy the hype of them contending.

They'll win a minimum of 7, and as many as 10, with good breaks.
If they played defense, I'd pick them over Georgia and Tennessee in the East.

I do.  They'll expose things that 'Bama can't.  Fortunately for us they couldn't stop our running game if we put Frank on a walker and handed him the ball each play.  They'll be a stat-padding opponent for everyone they play.

I think 'Bama will be tough.  Tuscaloosa is never an easy environment.

Terry Grant might go for 125 on Arkansas.
He seems to be Saban's go-to guy on the ground.

They had a pretty balanced and solid effort on offense.  Neither of us played that good of an opponent, but we didn't show any improvements in the one area that will matter.

The #8 team should NEVER give up that many points, I dont care if they are playing USC.
People ask me what I do in winter when there is no baseball.  I will tell you what I do. I stare out the window, and I wait for spring.

After the quick 81 yard score, Louisville's defence became lazy, expecting another game like Murry state.  They are not as bad as we saw tonight.  I'll still take Louisville over Kentucky.
