I see coaches get fired after 3 years all the time. We gave BB 5 and this should be his best year but it is looking to be his worst, or runner up.

Yep that's very true.  If you are in a fertile recruiting area and are the coach of one of the historically dominant schools, you're not gonna be given 5 years to struggle. 

I think it takes a bit longer at a school like Arkansas but Bert has had enough time to show what he can do.  Keeping him after last year we somewhat debatable but after this year....impossible.
