Back from Southwind

Well I played TPC Southwind last Friday.   It was really exciting to play where the Pros have played.  They had top dressed the greens on June 10 so they weren't as fast as they could have been, but were still better than anything I play on around here.  I was really fired up to play really well with my main focus on the Par 3  11th, Island green.  I shot 40 on the front 9 and was excited that I was playing that well.   Made the turn and bogied number 10, that was ok because it was time to play number 11!!!!!!!
Got to number 11 tee and the green was closed for repair!!! After that I kinda lost focus and finished with a 46 on the back.  So 86 overall, I'm happy with that.  Oh yeah, they had made a temporary Number 11, it was par 3, 94 yards up by the practice range.  I made par so if anybody ever asks me how I did on Number 11, I can tell the truth and say, Par.
