Dashwood was arrested Monday and was charged with sixth-degree larceny after stealing an iPod case from a Hartford Walmart. Her arrest caused her to miss this past Monday's episode of Raw, which took place at the XL Center in Hartford.

Dashwood appeared in court Tuesday where her lawyers said that the entire situation was merely a mistake and a misunderstanding, as Dashwood unknowingly walked out with the case after having some trouble with the self-checkout line.

The supposed mistake still landed Dashwood with a sentence of one day of community service.
