Anyone catching any crappie on beaver ?

I went out today and there were shad everywhere I went , lots of small ones floating ! Did the shad kill happen ? I didn't get a bite today ...

They are biting really good on south end of lake.   I have been going on days when wind is out of the south no matter what the temp is.  Been out four times and have cleaned limits each time except once.

I think I'm fishing to deep , 15 - 20 FOW...I've tore them up a from may-January in that spot though !!!
