I was a bit more interested in his Bowl Subdivision Rankings of "Predicted Margin Of Victory Against Average Team ", with Arkansas ranked #10 and Texas #40.

... whatever that means ???

Maybe reading this will help you understand his system.

As far as that which you asked about, it simply means that Arkansas' position in that ranking means that vs. average opponents, the Hogs would likely have a greater margin of victory, than would Texas.

here is the best comparison of teams. Massey's page has all the computer rank guys posting their ranks side by side so that you can see who is off or way off. http://www.masseyratings.com/cf/compare.htm
When your able to see what all the different systems show side by side, the sec will do or should do quite well this bowl season.
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride! Hunter "my buddy" Thompson

And then there is this though it doesn't include an average of a variety of pollsters.

Why should TCU destroy ole miss? I guess they did run the score up on some really crappy football teams. They gave up 61 points to Baylor, beat Kansas by 4, and barely beat OU. Ole miss has a legit shot.
