Grilled Corn

This is so easy it's ridiculous, but very good.

Corn on the Cob
Butter
Seasoned Salt or Cajun Spice
Beer

Peel back the husks, but do not remove them.
Remove the silk.
Melt butter on grill in a small pan.
Brush corn with melted butter.
Salt corn with seasoned salt or cajun spices.
Pull husks back over the corn.
Put them on the grill.
Don't worry if the husks burn a little, but turn often so corn doesn't burn.
After the corn begins to turn brown, put them in a pan full of beer on the grill until you are ready to eat them.  This will keep them warm and from drying out.

I like this myself, but I add one more step........soak the corn in the sink with 1/2 cup of sugar and 4 cups of milk and fill the rest of the sink with water, 1/2 the sink or little less, just judge it by how the corn is covered. Then add every thing else...............oh so good, sweet corn with a bite.

Try this one:

4 ears of corn
1 1/2 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. fresh chopped cilantro

Mix all the ingredents minus the corn in a bowl. Brush mixture on corn. Seal back up with husk or foil if no husk. Grill for 20 to 30 minutes turning everytime you finish a beer.
