...David Lingmerth won the Memorial Tournament on the PGA tour yesterday, beating Justin Rose in a playoff. 

It was brought up in the Golf Forum but thought it deserved a mention here as it was his first PGA tour title.....

Yes sir!!

He showed some absolute stones on their first playoff hole, holing a tough put to tie Rose after Rose had drained that 25 footer.

I hated that he didn't get the normal winners time at the end of the broadcast, but their playoff ran so long all we got was a very brief interview.
