Ya Ive been reading a lot of comments on this, and it is bringing a lot of laughter. However, a good point being made is this really hurts the lower tier 2 and 3 star players that aren't being pursued by the bigger schools. Surely, something like this will end up pissing high school coaches off.

When I saw the title of the thread I thought Arden Key had announced that he was leaving LSU. I still thinks it is pretty curious that one of their top defensive players didn't participate in spring practices.

well, there is an answer. Thanks for the info. That is the first that I had read about an injury being the reason he sat out. Personal reasons are what I had seen reported. Some of the comments from dc Aranda do make it seem a little more than an injured player sitting out to recover from a shoulder surgery.
