QuoteArkansas (+17) at LSU, 11 a.m. (ESPN)

Kenny believes the early kickoff will be a factor, and the Hogs keep it just close enough in a half-full Tiger Stadium to cover this hefty spread.

South Carolina (-5.5) vs. Florida, 11 a.m. (CBS)

    It's the Muschamp Bowl!

Georgia (-2) at Auburn, 2:30 p.m. (CBS)

This one won't be easy, but Kenny and I do not expect the Bulldogs to lose. With the spread at 2, we'll go with Kirby and Co. -

Kentucky (+2) at Vanderbilt, 3 p.m. (SEC Network)

Alabama (-13.5) at Mississippi State, 6 p.m. (ESPN)

Tennessee (+12.5) at Missouri, 6:30 p.m. (SEC Network)

Is this how the Butch Jones ends -

QuoteMississippi State (-13) at Arkansas, 11 a.m. (CBS)

The Bulldogs hung with the Crimson Tide better than any team this season. Unfortunately for my wife, a rabid State fan (get it - rabid), the Dogs couldn't hang enough, but what a good rebound opportunity against the reeling Hogs.

Degenerate Gambler's Note: The Razorbacks are 0-6-1 against the spread in their last seven home games.

Kentucky (+21.5) at Georgia, 2:30 p.m. (CBS)

Kirby Smart's Bulldogs are coming off a whipping at Auburn, and the Wildcats are playing pretty good ball, aside from dropping that home game to Ole Miss. Kenny believes Mark Stoops and Co. will hang around.

LSU (-15.5) at Tennessee, 6 p.m. (ESPN)

The Volunteers haven't won an SEC game this season and just fired their head coach. It's supposed to be rainy, windy and Tennessee can't stop the run. Bad, bad and badder for the Vols.

Degenerate Gambler's Note: The Tigers have covered their last four games.

A&M (+2) at Ole Miss, 6 p.m. (ESPN2)

Many believe it's too late for Kevin Sumlin to save his job, but there's no doubt about this: He's got to win this game. The Aggies pull out a close one.

Degenerate Gambler's Note: The Aggies are 0-5 against the spread in their last five meetings with the Rebels.

Vanderbilt (+8.5) vs. Missouri, 6:30 p.m. (SEC Network)

The Tigers are rolling, but no one walks into Vanderbilt Stadium and slaps around the Dores (at least that's what Kenny hopes).

Degenerate Gambler's Note: Missouri has covered in a remarkable six straight games.

2017 record: 13-19-1

QuoteAuburn (+4.5) vs. Alabama, 2:30 p.m. (CBS)

The Iron Bowl is a quasi-SEC Western Division championship game, and the Tigers are at home. Kenny likes the home squad to at least cover - if not claim the title.

Degenerate Gambler's Note: The Crimson Tide is 1-4 against the spread in its last five games in November.

A&M (+9.5) at LSU, 6:30 p.m. (SEC Network)

Kevin Sumlin is on his way out, but his Aggies will fight for him, says Kenny. The Tigers have blown out three of their last four SEC opponents, but this one's a touch closer.

Degenerate Gambler's Note: The Tigers have covered five in a row.

When I first started covering CFB in the late '90s it would have been incomprehensible that one day Nebraska, Tennessee & Florida would all finish a season w/ 4 wins.

Despite being outside the current top 4 in the @CFBPlayoff rankings, Alabama is still the favorite to win the title https://trib.al/wTp7WFX

QuoteWestgate SuperBook, the Las Vegas sports betting powerhouse, has Alabama a +400 co-favorite along with Clemson and Oklahoma. The SEC Championship participants aren't far behind with Auburn at +450 and Georgia +500.

At +400, bettors would win $400 on a $100 wager on the Crimson Tide.

VegasInsider has Alabama a 3/1 co-favorite along with Clemson. Oklahoma is the third choice followed by Auburn, Georgia and Ohio State.

No. 5 Alabama (11-1) will of course need help getting into the four-team playoff...

Why Western Kentucky's Mike Sanford left Auburn off final coaches poll ballot

QuoteWestern Kentucky coach Mike Sanford, one of the 63 coaches who participate in the annual poll, left Auburn (10-3) off his final ballot this weekend after the Tigers lost the SEC Championship Game to Georgia. All coaches' final ballots are made public when the season's final poll is published.

So why did Sanford not place the SEC West champion Tigers, who earned a berth in a New Year's Six bowl, on his coaches poll ballot?

"Coach is on the road recruiting, but the omission of the Tigers was a mistake on his final ballot," a WKU spokesman told AL.com via email Monday night. "He attempted to correct it when he noticed it the next morning, but by that point, it was too late."

Auburn finished eighth in the final coaches poll

Checking in on those 'bold' SEC predictions

Quote1. There will be multiple coaches fired by season's end

Nailed this one, as 2017 proved to be a year of nearly unprecedented turnover in the SEC. The six coaching changes were the most since 1946.

2. Georgia will win the SEC East with a true freshman quarterback

Hey, I got the first two right. Jacob Eason held off freshman Jake Fromm for the starting job in the spring and fall, but got hurt in the season-opener against Appalachian State and never won it back.

3. A freshman will lead Alabama in rushing

Face, meet rake ... A Harris led the Crimson Tide in rushing, just not the one I predicted would do so.

4. Jarrett Stidham will break Auburn's single-season passing yards record

Stidham's had a great year, but he's going to finish far behind Dameyune Craig's 1997 passing yards total of 3,277.

5. LSU will finish third, maybe fourth, in the SEC West

Got this one right
