would it be more painful to fire HDN now, and watch these players play uninspired the rest of the season, or fire him at the end of the season and watch these players play uninspired th rest of the season knowing he's a goner.  At least if he's gone tomorrow, the good available coaches out there will know a HC position is a vailable in the SEC.  opinions?
