Reports this morning are stating Flaska is the leading candidate to be the new head coach at Centenary. Could be the opening on Heath's staff everyone was anticipating. If true, hope Heath does his homework on his new assistant. Should be able to coach guards and should have extensive recruiting contacts in our primary recruiting areas. Be nice to get someone from the south or southwest region. Who would be some names that Heath might be interested in?
Hoping the Hogs basketball fortunes change for the better this season.

He needs to try to hire James Dickey.  Dickey is from Arkansas and coached at Arkansas under Sutton.  He has head coaching experience.  Dickey would be a great choice if he would be willing to leave Sutton at OSU.

you need to explain that one further. Why would they cut his input back if, when he was giving more input, we were better?

1st year we could rebound run some offense and didn't quit .since then we have more talent and get less out of it .our first year we few players but they played harder . now we have players but they quit.

If he gets the job, does that mean the Hogs will schedule a game with them on the road maybe?

And Flaska fits in there how?

that's my point. If he was that good at coaching two years ago, why did he and Sorenson switch places, particularly if Sorenson is the video expert. By this reasoning about first year to now, we should bring back Byron Boudreaux as an assistant.

This was one of the dumber moves made this year, switching them.  Sorenson might know basketball, but isn't the coach Rob was.  Now we need one more coach to move on and let's get a couple of real coaches.
