i, and a big if, dickey is hired at the ua how will he be received by the players?  my opinion is this would be like kay stephenson being hired for ford.  just don't see it working.  any other thoughts on this sheer speculation?

There might be some bumps in the road, but the players need to be more concerned by what James thinks about them.  Letting any player input or consideration play into the decision would be like putting the monkey in charge of the banana boat, or giving Dracula the key to the blood bank.
