when will they be available at hogwired?

They will not be available at Hogwired.  Since this is considered a neutral site, the site gets to sell the tickets and has to pay the the teams playing there if I am not mistaken.

You are correct.   We are considering it a Neutral Site game because the NCAA tourney comes to Little Rock this year, and if we considered it a home game, we would be ineligible to draw Little Rock as a 1st round site come tourney time
