Does the LOI have to be formally submitted to the NCAA first before announced by the school?

Probably something technical. I would guess that the fax came in with a missing signature or a box not checked so they cannot make it official until he re-sends it.

Love our LBer class.  I think they all have a chance of playing on special teams  next year and  getting some reps as a LB based on need and who comes in the most ready to play.  This may be our best LBer class collectively to ever sign with us.  Potential is there.    We have two speed guys and two inside guys.  Great class.
