Bielema's staff is not doing the job that they are paid to do.  Bielema has lost control of the of the young men who are playing football for the University of Arkansas.  I have never seen a group of so unmotivated when the going gets tough.  They are not a team.

Really, I don't see how Long keeps his job if Bielema continues. I can only hope the people who control the purse strings use their influence to make personnel changes at the top.
