He must not play in a very strong HS conference. That's the only reason I can think of why he's not rated higher. Either that, or his size is being counted against him. Maybe he's not given enough credit because he's the biggest kid on the field? I don't know, but he absolutely dominates in his video. Dan Skipper II?

Quite possible.  And I believe Skipper was rated a three * as well.
