What would your contract look like for the new HC and Staff?

What you give contract wise to the candidates that are being mentioned (Norvell, Morris, Kiffin)?

I would give them an incentive laden contract with a base pay of $3.5M

Incentives:
- $50K for player behavior...I.e., no one getting picked up by Washington County
- $75K for wins against Bama, LSU, and A&M
- $150K for academic performance (Top 6 APR in SEC)
- $100K for each win after 7...8th Win gets you $100K, to include bowl game
- $150K for SEC Championship appearance/$250K for Win
- $500K for National Title appearance/$1M for win
- $6M Pool for assistants


So an undefeated season would cost a minimum 5.475M for the HC, and $11.475M total. This is almost cheaper than Saban's base pay ($11.1M) with more $$$ for the assistant coaches than any other school in the country.
