26. Arkansas
Score: 53.84
2004 Ranking: 18   2003 Ranking: 27 (Must have been where they ranked before these particular seasons)
Program Analysis: Arkansas fell a bit after a 5-6 season, but Houston Nutt's program is still good enough to hang around just outside of the top 25. Winning over 54% of SEC games is decent, but not quite as good as Hog fans might like. The Elite Wins came at Texas in 2003 and against Boise State in 2002.

Attendance Score: 6.42
Graduation Score: 3.5
Total D-I Wins from 2002-2004: 23

Players Drafted Score from 2002-2004: 4.5

I didn't realize that Boise State was an Elite team.  That being said....what does that say for us.

CFN.com is always showing the Hogs some love.  Much of that has to do with conference affiliation.  All things considered, I suppose that's only fair.

Face it.  54% in the conference sucks.  But, to a lot of fans, that's more than enough.
I'd like to see that percentage closer to 80.
Oh, but we're Arkansas.  We're a small state.  The refs are out to get us.  We can't recruit the big name out of state talent.  (please note; heavy sarcasm.
