... you did the SEC proud today.

Congratulations Bulldogs, and Coach Croom.
No cause, ever, in the history of all mankind, has produced more cold-blooded tyrants, more slaughtered innocents, and more orphans than socialism with power. It surpassed, exponentially, all other systems of production in turning out the dead. The bodies are all around us. And here is the problem: No one talks about them. No one honors them. No one does penance for them. No one has committed suicide for having been an apologist for those who did this to them. No one pays for them. No one is hunted down to account for them. It is exactly what Solzhenitsyn foresaw in The Gulag Archipelago: "No, no one would have to answer. No one would be looked into." Until that happens, there is no "after socialism."

Coach Croom is a class act. He is most definitely NOT the worst coach in the SEC west.
How 'bout them hogs?

Great 8-5 season Dawgs!

HDN...pay attention to that MSU Run D.  Could be a loooong tenure with this type of momentum.

Regardless where he may be among coaches, he is certainly among the finest men associated with college football.

I hate to mention it, but in my opinion, the state of Mississippi has one the classiest coaches in college football in Croom and one of the most classless.......aww you know where I'm going.

Congrats MS. State and Coach Croom.

SEC 1-0  Congratulations!

Didn't even know there was a "Central" Florida til' today,  but I guess a win is a win

Don't ya'll have a Central Arkansas?

Maybe they can get in the Liberty Bowl next year against Houston Nutt's Ole' Miss Rebels

Yeah, you probably didn't watch them come within a whisker of beating Texas at Texas, either.

Congrats to SEC  Miss St. for the win. My new favorite Mississippi school.

Never had one before. ;)

Are we pulling for Florida or Michigan? I like the sec, but it is hard to pull for Tebow.

It is damn hard, I know;  what helps me is remembering how often Michigan has started the season at #5 or higher, with absolutely no justification whatsoever,  loses 3 games, and still finishes in the Top 10.    That's been bothering me for 25 years, so it outweighs my Teblow-hate.

Best team by far in CUSA, and our 7th or 8th best team beats them.  I hope this bodes well for the SEC in bowl games to come.

UCF did-- the team the Big XII Fan didn't recognize;  you have to call them out on things like that, or they'll get by with murder.

Didn't Felix Jones have some fumbles in that game?

Go bait somewhere else--- or try to help Chase Daniels find a receiver;  last time we saw him on a football field, he had a little bit of a problem with that against OU.

Honor and Integrity no longer exist in the world of college football.  It is only filled with liar's cheater's, and traitors.

ErieHog

Yep.  That result was really shocking to me early this year;  I expected Texas to be a legitimate NC contender, and they were badly exposed as merely  very good early this year by UCF and even ASU.

I don't get all the man-love over Sylvester Croom. He couldn't differentiate his head from his ass a year ago and now he's the coach with so much class. The way I see it, if everyone wants to root for Croom in all his classiness, go put on your Carhart like the rest of them & ring that annoying fu__in' cowbell until your hand falls the hell off.

If the South should lose, it means that the history of the heroic struggle will be written by the enemy, that our youth will be trained by Northern school teachers, will be impressed by all of the influences of history and education to regard our gallant dead as traitors and our maimed veterans as fit subjects for derision.

He's building a solid program down there. Southern Miss coach retiring should help. The fall of MS and MSST coinside with the improvement at Southern Miss. There isn't enough talent in MS to split three ways.

Is is really true that the 6th or 7th best team in the SEC is better than the best team in conf. USA?

If this is true, then we really do live on "Murderers Row."
