Lets not all jump off the cliff because the way the team has performed this year.  I think we all knew that Irvin had the potential to turn it over (look at the last few years).  The facts are this team has underachieved the last few years, hasnt been coached to handle the ball.  We now have an EXCITING brand of ball to watch. Given time he will get the right players to fit his system. Coach Pel has worked harder on the side lines this year than Heath did the last two years.
