Tone down the personal attacks.

Grow a thicker skin and don't report every little item.

I know the two are contradictory, but some of the stuff we're seeing is absolutely inane.  Come on, guys...we're not your frickin' babysitters.  None of us get paid enough for this (and you couldn't afford our salaries, anyway, so don't ask)
