Qualls' 'indefinite suspension' was never explained publicly, but those inside know he assaulted a female. He also had a history of physical altercations with staff members. Oregon is the most beautiful place I've ever seen.
To put in perspective, I've lived in 11 states and traveled the country.
Only The Keys would come close for me, and that's a completely different culture and landscape.

My daughter lives in Portland now.  It is a beautiful area but it's not for me.  Way to "artsy", too much rain and too cold.  I prefer sun and 80 -90 degrees.
