I mailed in my post dated check.  Also attached an IOU.  Maybe it hasn't been processed yet.

Make SURE your avatars are no wider than 125 pixels AND no taller than 125 Pixels, especially if they're animated. If they are and you try to upload it, it's going to resize down AND will no longer be animated.

Also, if your GIF is too large (file size), we reserve the right to remove it. We have not specifically defined an actual file size, but there's absolutely NO reason why it needs to be any larger than 100 KB. My beloved bear is a paltry 22 KB, FYI.
