Kendall Council

Kendall Council is the fastest player in the state, guys.  He runs a LEGIT 4.3, and he's a playmaker.  I know enough people from the Dumas area to have heard about him, and his name pops up in the papers all the time.  Dude is really good, but he might be too small.  I like the comparison to T. Holliday from LSU.   I'm no expert, but I do know the kid is the fastest in the state hands down.  Will he be D-1 talent? Dunno.  Will he be a Razorback? Dunno.  But he's definitely good.

I think he could help the Hogs, but I imagine he's going to wind up at ASU/UCA/UAPB.  He's raw, been playing QB at Dumas.  He'll have to move to WR or DB at the next level.  Big time playmaker, though...reminds me of Dewayne Watts.

I still think he could be an assett, with a redshirt and a year of strength training, could be an excellent DB/returner
