Dude is a legend in E. Texas, he's a beast.

We just offered TQ Jackson out of Jefferson, TX.  6'4 WR 4.47 Laser timed 40.

SMU was his first offer and he seemed set on going there. Was bummed that Traylor left to take the Arkansas job. I bet once he comes up and checks it out he'll be a Hog.

These kind of WR's Bert never even tried to get. (until it was too late)  I think we're really gonna have some weapons on the hill soon.  It'll be a far cry from the early Bert years where we didn't have a QB that could throw or a WR that could catch.

It's gonna get real fun real fast.

An Old OL coach who's team couldn't block a hat last season... If things aren't MUCH better this fall,  enjoy Hot Springs Sammy!

You trust everything you see on msg boards.  I saw it was 6'3.5, 6'4 on his twitter and on his tape he certainly looks above 6'2.

You are going to get mixed reactions. No one knows the kid. ESPN doesn't have him rated and reflects numbers that aren't eye popping. They have him at 6-2, MaxPreps has him at 6-3, 247 at 6-1 1/2. And 247 has him committed to Texas Tech, so who knows?

Sounds like a 16-17 year old kid that's still growing. What a concept.

What I like about this staff is the fact that they know the high school ranks so well in Texas.  They will catch some of the players that may have slipped through the cracks.
