I don't blame him.  It had to be tough doing it by himself.  I'm offering to help, and I know Michael has, too.

I do too.  I looked at a couple of other politics boards, and they were just echo chambers for one side or the other.  I loved the group we had in our forum.

pharm I think was the only guy advocating to keep it open as long as it was.  the last couple months I could tell he was just over it.

In before this one gets locked also.  The person who counts apparently doesn't really want one.  Only reason he changes his mind is if clicks and ad revenue goes down.  Heck, you have admins publicly wishing for 10 posters in Jump Ball.  Globals who actively trashed Politics in other forums although they rarely showed up there except for the occasional troll job.

its too bad that the only people that want it gone are the ones that don't actually participate in the discussion.

I guess that is the nature of politics though.  its the people that don't own guns that want them banned.  its the people that don't hike wilderness trails that want them closed to the public.  etc etc.
