A&M is averaging 9 (8.8 to be exact) runs/game in SEC play through 17 games and we are averaging 5.25 runs/game through 16 games. Our league leading ERA is .198 and theirs is 2nd in the SEC at .226. They have played one more game than us, and have 106 more runs than us and 87 more hits than us. They are most complete team in the SEC and are well deserving of being the #1 team in college baseball.

  It's not that complicated. State an opinion you don't have to agree with the coach just don't act like an a$$. Questioning a coach that's been to 7 CWS is not going to end well for you 9 out of 10.  can agree or disagree with the Aloy's bunt doesn't make me wrong or smarter than the coach. The coach may have had a reason to bunt or the player may have that I don't know about. Swear their are some that would rather lose a 10-9 game than win a 2-1 game.

gchamblee, Factchecker and SPAL. Though I guess it isn't fair to put SPAL in there since I think it wasn't posters but rather the stress of feeling personally responsible for the quality of the board.

No doubt we have the pitching to win the CWS....but the hitting is more than concerning.We seem to make everyone's pitching better than it is. This could lead to an early exit if we draw a hot hitting team in the regionals

I was sitting here thinking about the old football coach who said something to the effect..."you are what your record says you are".
OK THEN!!!   Our record says we are 33 - 5...that's dang good isn't it?
But...when you look behind the curtain...that's when your mind wants to doubt how good this team actually is.
Superior pitching...below average hitting...and a lot of good fortune has us where we are right now.
Is that enough to get us across the finish line in Omaha? That remains to be seen...and I think many/most would say probably not.
You never know. Maybe our pitching holds up and our bats come alive and then what?

KJ had to fulfill NIL obligations that prolonged what he was doing. Why would it be any different for these former UK guys? A contract is a contract, and to breach it would be a dumb business decision on their part, opening them up to litigation and penalties.
