The fastest 40 minutes hits central Arkansas this weekend, after the atmosphere in Bud Walton against Minnesota, what kind of Razorback team is gonna show up in Little Rock, and are the people gonna show up to support them! Weve got a great thing going, Id love to see the arena filled up, and the hogs put on a show for all the fans from central arkansas. It seems like i remember us getting beat in  Little Rock a few years ago by somebody we should have swept the floor with, Troy gonna be a trap game?

razorhead94

People always show up for this game.  Also a homecoming game for Beard, Macon, and Hall.  I expect us to play well in front a good crowd that will keep them in it.

Man i hope so, id love to see central arkansas fill that place up

HogFanDan

This will be my daughter's first Hog basketball game, and my son's third. So including my wife, four seats will be occupied by some loud, enthusiastic fans.

PowderedToastMan

I will be there, so I am trying to do my part.
WOOOOOOOO PIG SOOIE!!!

The Hogfather

It will be a packed house.  However, LR games are ALWAYS trap games.  Doesn't matter if we're playing UAPB or UNC.

RazorBackStrapAssasin

I will also be attending callin those hogs baby!

This will also be nearer to Trey and Daniel's families. I think all of these Arkansas kids will be fired up to play in LR.

Looks like it will be a good crowd as usual.  Gotta figure there will be some tickets sold this week as well, so should be a packed house.

Lost by 8 to KY in Rupp Arena. Seems like they aren't afraid to play in front of 23,000 hostile fans. Pretty sure 10-12 thousand won't scare 'em much.

I'll be there loud and proud with my better half. Trying to get my brother and his girl to come on down, I'm springing for the tickets so he'll probably be there, haha.

So does that mean the whole upper section will be open? Seems like the baseline area up there has always been blocked off by that curtain in recent times.

Utah Valley State, Vermont, Troy, Harvard — all lost by 10 or less in Lexington this season.

Believe that says more about UK than it does the game-ness of those programs.

Troy will get smoked in Verizon.

Is this a serious post?  It will be sold out and it was a pretty good atmoshpere in there last year!

Another important point is most of the students are off for Christmas break hence why I believe LR gets the game when they do every year.  It's a good time to showcase Fastest 40 for Central Arkansas.

Most of the anti WMS folks actually support having the game at Alltel.

It's different in hoops with so many home games — it's not as big of a deal to give one up.

Well that is an uncomfortable stat but we are 4-2 under CMA so that sure looks a lot better. That first LR loss under CMA came to Houston when Alandis Harris came into to town with them and helped to kick our butts. The second loss came when Anton had just got back on the team after the fake bills incident. That was the worst CMA team since his return.

Pelphrey and Heath were a combined 3-7 in LR so much of that bad mojo is gone with them.

I wanted to check out of the Wyndham and just drive back home and forget about the Riverfront Steakhouse dinner I planned to enjoy. I ended up not driving home but I knocked out a six pack of beer, ate some tacos from the drive thru and went to sleep pissed. Woke up, realized it wasn't a bad dream and got pissed all over again.

I'll be there. LR is overdue for a dominating basketball winning streak, and I think it began last season. This is essentially the same team with better seniors, plus Hall. Gafford gives us an upgrade over Kingsley, and Hannahs/Jones is a wash, IMO.  I think they'll put on a show.

Man, Pel was awful there! Anderson's first game there was Houston, that was the game Marshawn Powell went out for the year and Alandise Harris dunked on us for an SC top ten.

I don't CMA struggles there if he has a decent team.  Should be another dunk fest for a packed house.

I think the Hogs win going away 20 plus, and CJ, Darius Hall, Gafford, Macon and Beard all play well in a romp that starts slowly but the Hogs start to take over a little before halftime. Hogs come out strong to open the second half and cruise to victory. One of the walk-ons gets a basket. Plus, Barford gets his usual 18-20.
