I do not think they have the guts to hire Bobby Petrino.  Although it would be a great hire and would stir up the Pac 12 conference.  CBP would turn that program around quickly IMHO.

I think it is a bit to extreme to fire someone despite your probe coming up with nothing. I sexual misconduct can be serious but to fire despite evidence that he didn't do it? This is going to get messy. I hope Arizona isn't stupid enough to try to weasel out of the buyout because of this.

Rich Rod has been a sleeve for years. I heard he had gotten a cheerleader pregnant back at WVU.  I don't have links but I know people who knew him and he is a sleez so I'm not surprised at all

I had an absolutely crazy chick who worked for me years ago.  One night I was sitting in our bar talking to the bartender when she got off work.  She came in and tried to get me to drive her to the casinos in Shreveport.  I declined, telling her I had to be at work early in the morning and besides I didn't think her boyfriend, who I knew, would appreciate it.  She said it would be fine, he didn't care, but I wasn't having any part of it.

She tried to get another of my male employees, a guy who was engaged, to take her to the lake.

One day she told another of the female employees that she thought I might have sexually harassed a third female employee who worked a couple of nights and then quit.  The real story was that the girl was working the all night shift, as in 11 pm to 7 am, and decided that staying up all night wasn't for her.  The harassment story was BS and wasn't even claimed by the one who quit.  It was Casino Chick who made the claim/started the rumor.  The woman to whom it was repeated laughed in her face and told her employees who had worked for me for a lot longer than she had thought it was ridiculous and completely out of character.

Still, if this woman had persisted...how do you prove you didn't do something, that you are innocent?

Rich Rod admitted to having an affair. However there are rumblings of a Harassment suit. As of now Arizona is not claiming fired for cause and thus not as of this time disputing any potential buyout. The thing to remember was Bobby was not fired for his affair. He was fired for lying to his boss and such. Apparently Rich owned up to his affair and didn't lie about it. The question is IF the harassment claim becomes believable and continues forward then what does Arizona do.
