Did any of you duck hunter's notice any difference in your hunt's ,due to the ban on the Robo?? I personally am glad they banned them. Now if we can get the rest of the nation to ban them we will be alright. Where I hunt ,the duck's got real skiddish of them two years ago, so we just quit taking them. One less piece of gear you have to haul around!!  8)

I quit using them a few years ago. I found that the first few years they were like magic. Right before the ban, I would turn mine off and would kill more....I Think they were used to seeing them.

I have some home-made duck butts with bilge pumps and some "suped-up" swimmers I made that work just as good in my opinion.

the robos worked well to get the attention of the birds, but as they closed they would flair if you didn't turn them off. Mallard machines work very well.
