How many parks have you visited for a game? This Spring/Summer we're going to hit as many as possible. My goal has been to make a game in every stadium before age 40. Note that I'm counting Yankee Stadium, for example, even though I made a game at the old Yankee stadium in the 1990s. Count it if you've been to a team's home game even if they've since built a new stadium.

Stadiums already visited:

Busch Stadium
Kauffman Stadium
Astro Dome
Shea Stadium
Citizens Bank Park
Camden Yard
RFK Stadium
Petco Park
Turner Field
Wrigley Field
Tropicana Field

Upcoming visits:

Target Field v A's in May
Miller Park v Cardinals next weekend
Dodger Stadium in June against Diamondbacks
Angels Stadium of Anaheim in June against Diamondbacks
Great American Ballpark (tentative for a Cardinals series if we can make it work)

What are y'all's favorites that you've been to?

I'm really looking forward to Dodger Stadium.

Outside of Busch -- Wrigley is my favorite.

RFK was the worst.

Wrigley and Minute Maid. That's a really nice park and it was Biggio's last series so the place was rocking.

Kaufmann
Safeco
Coors
Wrigley
AT&T Park
Old Busch
New Busch
Kauffman
Shea (Old Mets)
Miller Park
3 or 4 of Spring Training parks and quite a few minor league parks

Going up to Target Field this summer and hitting Fenway again.

Favorites are AT&T, Busch, and I liked Safeco pretty well.  Least is Metrodome, Shea, and Wrigley in that order. Why the hate for Wrigley?  It's too damn ancient for me, nice for the experience on occasion, but I like looking up to see a replay, not having obstructed views, and have better food/beer options.  The renovations are going to help that some, but it's still pretty much a dump.

Popcorn, sounds like you've got a good summer ahead.

Fenway

New Yankee Stadium
Fulton County
Turner Field

Popcorn, sounds like you've got a good summer ahead.

A lot of it is being planned around work trips, so there's that.

And my sister and her husband moved to Santa Monica a few months ago. My parents and other two sisters and their families are all going to visit for a week in June. So dad and I decided to make sure the Dodgers and Angels would both be in town before we nailed down the dates. The perks of being in charge of planning!

Fenway
Milwaukee County coliseum (early 70s)
RFK (early 70s
Three rivers
PNC Park (pittsburgh)
Dodger Stadium
Candlestick Park
Pac Bell(AT&T Park)
Angels stadium-can't remember what is called now
Oakland County Coliseum
Shea Stadium
Petco Park (San Diego)

Pac Bell is great, especially with the water and scenery but I think PNC is my favorite.  Very similar to Pac Bell except it has wider walkways and is easier to navigate.    PetCo is very nice also and is in a great location in downtown san diegeo by the Gas Lamp district full of bars and restaurants.  Dodger stadium is still awesome except for the traffic.  Fenway is neat because of the historical value but the seats are crammed together and it's not very efficient.  New Milwaukee park is also pretty nice.  I have never been to a game where i swear 75% of the people there were drinking beer.  And there was no vulgar language or people getting into scuffles etc.,  Really nice folks.  San Francisco games are just the opposite.  Always someone looking for fight it seems.

The Ball Park at Arlington the only one ,

The rest have been minor league stuff.

Just added Globe Life Park in Arlington to the list this afternoon against the O's. Great seats for $35. Amazing how empty it was on a Sunday afternoon in the thick of the Wildcard race. The Stadium was amazing though.

Geeze- that's a thinking back question.

I think that's all.

For a huge baseball fan, this is quite pathetic:

Twins at the Metrodome
Mets at Shea Stadium
Royals at Kauffman Stadium many times

I've been to quite a few minor league parks, but after the kids grow up I plan to make a few stadium tours

Any stick out as either surprisingly impressive or unimpressive?

I haven't been to all the new ones, but many of the older ones. The one I regret not going to was old Tigers. I didn't go to the old Yankee Stadium either, but I abhor the pinstripes. Least favorite team probably in any sport.

Keep in mind that's over 30ish years, and lots of them are  replacement parks in the same city as an original.

My personal favorite is Target Field, though I am biased.   Candlestick was the coldest place I have ever been in my life.     The domes universally sucked;  Fenway has rats the size of midgets.  Wrigley isn't as charming live.     Oh-- and I skipped one of my favorites, Coors Field, which I've also been to once, and one of my least favorites, Oakland-Alemida County.

So, Target and Coors are my favorite parks.  Great American BP is much better than I thought it would be, and PNC is top notch.       Oakland does smell like pee, but I don't blame the park.

I agree 100% re: Target. I went to a game this summer for the first time -- awesome park and awesome location. I really like a downtown park.

I've only been to about 15 parks, unfortunately 1/2 of them on my list are the cookie-cutter parks.

Tiger Stadium is/was my fav of the old parks. I've seen several games there, once having a seat that sat directly behind the large steel supports for the upper deck.
