to Alabama, then who is next in line?
I don't put on the uniform to play the game, I put on the uniform to win the game.   Larry Bird
Show me a good loser, and I'll show you a loser.  Vince Lombardi

I think the line ends at Saban.

So you've told us.............................repeatedly.
Bobby's back and he ain't here to paint!

Patrino, and anyone would be interested for enough money.

Hugehogsfan

I think they need to hire Kines, that dude is exactly what they need, and he is hilarious.

I don't think Paul Johnson, Petrino, or Jim Grobe would be interested but that would be their next choice.  David Cutcliffe's name has been brought up since he's a Bama guy, but I doubt they want someone that's a Fulmer boy and an Ole Miss reject.  It could come between 2 guys that are hated at the school they are currently at

1) Houston Nutt
2) Tommy Bowden

Neither will ever satisfy their fanbases and both have similar records at their school.

Joe Kines will be the chosen if Saban doesn't go.

I have heard this and there are some boosters that wouldn't mind Kines but some don't. If they keep getting turned down, they may have to give it to Kines, at least for a year then evaluate it from there.

zebra

I think the Louisville coach is a big name right now.

Why would he leave UL though?  At UL he has only 1 legit contender every year for the BCS. At Bama he has 9 contenders.  UL comes with less pressure and his job is safe their for a long time it would seem.  At Bama he could be out in 4 years

Yeah I agree I don't think Petrino would go to 'Bama. Now if the NFL came calling he might consider but too much to deal with at Bama. Money can make up for only so many things. :)

No BCS Bowl Games.
No SEC Championships.
1 10 win season.
2-5 in bowl games.
0-2 in SECCG.

How many times do we need to post this stuff?
