How does this affect Auburn's preparation for this week?

  It doesn't effect Auburn and it is easy to answer the article. Petrino was always a fan of running the ball when he had a lead. I can remember many games were Arkansas fans thought he put on the brakes to early when we had a lead but I can't remember one game he coached here where he ran the ball far less than he passed with a big lead. Bobby would have used his running backs and set up some opportune pass plays.
