I believe Vitello and Saarloos, the only recruiter rated better than him, were on the same staff at TCU for one year. No wonder the Horned Frogs have been successful as they have been the last couple of years. I wonder if we ever see Wes Johnson jump onto this list in the future.  I sure hope we get Vitello for a long time as well.
