How do you get hurt only getting 3 snaps a game?

In practice last week...in practice last week....practice....last week.

Yet, apparently, all 130 fbs coaches did. Even Gus did, only after the kid waled on as a kicker did Gus even notice him.
Gus didn't notice him, the new OC Chip Lindsey did.

"Chuck, my experience with speed has been that it just makes the player get to the wrong place faster."

Willie Roaf was overlooked, partially because of an influential man who steered Pine Bluff players away from Fayetteville.

Are you referring to his uncle Sterling?

No. Sterling may have helped in the female referral dept but it was a PBHS coach who contacted La Tech. Willie wanted to play basketball. Clifton his dad saw the football potential. In other PBHS referrals Bradley and Mitchell, Horace Johnson was influential.
Horace thought Fayetteville was an unfavorable place for AA. Oklahoma being a better place. Don't know if there were other inducements.

Some of the comments about the discovery of this players speed are interesting. Do players not run wind sprints anymore?

Stop it.  You're being logical and there is no place for that here.  Just get in line and blame Jeff Long like everyone else.  This is ultimately his fault anyway.
