we're in serious trouble.  Mortenson couldn't hit the center in the back and it was obvious that Barthel was just not comfortable enough with the offense.  I just hope RJ is leaps and bounds ahead of those two and doesn't get hurt.  I keep having to remind myself that neither Hillis nor RJ was in there yesterday.  But you also have to consider that many 1st teamers on D were sitting out.  It looks like Nutt's failure to recruit a top-notch kicker is finally going to bite him in the rear this year with the seeming inability of our offense to move the ball.  The receivers sure looked sharp.  Let's hope someone is able to throw it to them.
