Because OSU was a favorite, and a fairly heavy one, even with gamblers going into that game.

Georgia's a fine team, but this LSU team can just turn it on and turn it off at whim.   They spent the better part of this drive just owning the Buckeyes.

If everyone's on their game, LSU remains the most talented team in the country; when they're off, they are beatable by a few teams.

Did anyone really believe LSU looked like a number 1 team throughout the year?  Obviously, they won games, but when you break down how they won some of those... they just didn't have that number 1 dominance.

I'm glad we didn't hire Bo.  Announcers were giving OSU credit for great play calling, but let's face it, that first TD was a HB counter, similar to what we ran against LSU.  Their D over persues so badly that by the time he past the line of scrimage there was only one guy left to stop him.  Bad D and bad game plan.  Have fun Nebraska.

Well, LSU seems to be comfortable throwing the ball on 1st down, something they were able to do in most of their better performances this year;  I think both defenses are still shaking off a little rust from the layoff, though.
