I think it should be standard operating procedure that we pay a search firm to keep us from continually shooting ourselves in the foot and making all of our coaching candidates look like our 10th or 11th choices.  The silencing of the rumors on the hill after the Altman fiasco was worth every penny of the $90K they paid.
