9 horse in the 1st was a coupled entry in yesterdays 1st race and scratched.

I. Mason has been putting her horses in position and winning early this meet.

In the 1st, #6 has most consistent speed against similar. Is it early speed that prevents him from winning against this field?

Track should be at least good maybe fast with this steady drizzle

The 9 and 10 both look good in the first ..
Masons horse in the second looks good ...if not her horse the 1,9 maybe ? The 5 is an interesting 1ster ...

I didn't have time to work up my own early speed figures for this card, so I'm a bit out of my comfort zone... but ....

Race 1, TimeformUS has early pace like this:
4:  117
3:  113
9:  114
1:  102
8:   92
10: 90

Late pace high number is the  5:  96

Who knows, but if we get a pace meltdown, the class-dropping 5 could perhaps sweep by them all late.  I do like the 10 horse, although cheap, the 10 has an excellent race at OP last March that catches the eye.
If we get good odds, I will try to force the 4 into the exacta, tri, and super.
I'm suspicious of the class-drop on the 9.

Minny cost me A LOT of cash...I almost went with Philly +3 and thought that if it's a close game I win and if Philly blows them out I win. I also went against every trend telling me to pick Philly. Sometimes you can't trust your gut. Ugggggggggg
