I know this sounds bad, but everyone of us needs to pay attention to the color, the symmetry, the firmness, the timeliness of our bowel movements....if your bowels bust, you are as good as dead...I know its not the most pleasant thing to do, but at least give a quick look at every stool before you wipe and flush
