What I want (and don't want) in our Next Coach

Here's what I want in our next coach.

I want a guy whose sole focus is on football.

I want a guy who believes in attention to every detail. A coach who, if a receiver doesn't run a precise pass route with perfect footwork, is in that kid's face like he just stole money out of his pocket.

I want a guy who is constantly thinking, probing, looking for any advantage available to win football games.

I want a coach who understands the gray areas of recruiting and how to work within them without getting a letter from the NCAA.

I want "the smartest guy in the room."

I want a cutthroat who expects total and complete dedication to win, and demands the same of everyone around him.
