Spring Practice: who are the standouts/likely starters?

Just wondering if anyone has any idea who has been standing out in practice and if anyone is solidifying themselves as a likely starter coming out of spring practice.

seems like the main spots open for competition are

QB
WR
RB
TE

not where the most competition will be at on defense.

does anyone have a clue, or do we have to wait for the official depth chart at the end of spring?
