What's the chances Coach B would jump ship if another school waves more $$$ in his face to coach them?

0% he's here for the long haul
1 - 24% no plans to go anywhere and a few more bucks won't get his attention
25 - 50% not wanting to leave but would expect pay to rise with performance and demand
51 - 74% $$$ get his attention but would stay if the money is right
75 - 99% available if the right $$$ are offered
100% Show me the money and I will be there

In fact, they're pretty close to yours.  8-4 in the SEC-W will get you in the conversation for top 25.  A bowl win probably gets you in the final rankings.

From this point forward, I'd like to see us in the SECCG in the next five years, and being a factor in most others.  No pushover type teams.

Alabama of the present.

Well, Lord willing, he won't be there forever.

That's certainly reasonable.

The expectations that I laid out are far from Alabama's.
I didn't say they were.  I laid out MY expectations, then stated my reasoning.

No argument.

By that I mean that I wasn't arguing with you in the post you quoted, nor am I doing so now.

We have pretty much the same expectations.  Glad we can agree on something.

We agree often, outside of the recruiting forum.  You just aren't aware of it.

Which brings us back to the OP.  If we don't get there pretty soon, I don't think we can keep him here much longer than that without tremendous success.

He is a good Coach, so he will win games, be sound, physical with good kid who graduates. No off the field Issues, he is committed to that. He does not recruit enough top end talent to win the SECC, history says. So it will be interesting to see how long he stays, I cold see him leaving soon however.

Spoke to an Alabama fan here in Florida today and he had nothing to say about Alabama or Saban it was as if it was the same O same O. But we had fun talking.
