Fournette injures ankle on 8 to 12 yard carry

"Leonard Fournette got a slight sprain. He's in a boot. Some of the healing going," he said. "It's not terrible."

Fournette was injured on a carry "up the middle for 8-12 yards" during a 50-play scrimmage. A tackler laid on his leg, the coach said. It's unclear when Fournette will return.

"I don't know," the coach said when asked. "I know it's not, in his words ... He'll be fine.

"Sometimes, the odds don't play in your favor," Miles said.
