So how was the atmosphere at last night's game and what was the attendance number for the game!
Dont Talk, Just Act.
Don't Say, Just Show.
Don't Promise, Just Prove!

I can't speak specific numbers but most of lower bowl was full and a handful of upper sections were full but peripheral areas were quite open. It was only my second game ever so I can't speak relative to other games but I felt like the crowd was energized and engaged.

Sounds like something to build on...a W @ UF would sell a few tickets..

We still have 3 games left where we're honoring Sidney, Corliss, and Nolan. These type of games tend to sell very well or sell out. Should be good, energetic crowds.

Did anybody notice the attendance at the VT vs. Pitt game right before ours?? It was crazy how few people were in that gym. Couldn't have been any more than 4-5k. Like a big high school game or something...What the heck was Buzz thinking going to VT? Nice win tho

Tyndall said it was the loudest arena they've played in this season
I'd rather be dead than be a Vol

Then he broke into a dance.
"Sure. I'm proud to be an American."

He knew VT was going to be a rebuilding job, when he took it.   They're still 2 years away.
No cause, ever, in the history of all mankind, has produced more cold-blooded tyrants, more slaughtered innocents, and more orphans than socialism with power. It surpassed, exponentially, all other systems of production in turning out the dead. The bodies are all around us. And here is the problem: No one talks about them. No one honors them. No one does penance for them. No one has committed suicide for having been an apologist for those who did this to them. No one pays for them. No one is hunted down to account for them. It is exactly what Solzhenitsyn foresaw in The Gulag Archipelago: "No, no one would have to answer. No one would be looked into." Until that happens, there is no "after socialism."
